All shipments carry comprehensive transit insurance. In the rare event of structural damage, we coordinate immediate priority replacements.
Cancellations & Returns
Custom Order Cancellations
Standard Catalog Returns
Because our structural fiber pots are manufactured to bespoke CAD specifications, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of technical drawing sign-off. Beyond this window, custom mold preparation commences.
Unused standard catalog planters may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return freight in original packaging to preserve the gallery-grade finish.
